At Mandoulides Junior and Senior High Schools, the program objective is for students to meet the high demands of the school and aims to establish the students as front-runners not only in terms of placement at prestigious educational institutes in Greece and abroad, but also in the cultural and social fields.
Our success is achieved through:
- Organization (the general directorate, the management of cultural programs, specialists, curriculum coordinators, class counsellors)
- Specially selected teaching personnel
- Innovative teaching methods
- Continually updated equipment
- Obligatory tuition in two foreign languages: English and German, French or Italian
- Extra hours of preparation for entrance to Greek universities
- Additional hours of tuition in modern Greek, ancient Greek, maths, physics, chemistry, biology, foreign languages, computing and cesign
- Intensive preparation for entrance to foreign universities (SAT I, SAT II, ACT, TOEFL, IELTS)
- Support materials through the publication of books written by selected teachers of the school
- Regular testing
- Laboratory work mainly in physics, chemistry, biology and computer studies
- Participation in international congresses and competitions organized by the Ministry of Education and various forums worldwide
- Cultural and sports activities and outings
- Pioneering programs in literature, cinematography, the environment, community service.
